    Who this article is for

All users who need to navigate and manage a busy Conversations inbox in GEVADE CRM.

    Overview

As your volume of customer interactions grows, finding specific threads can become difficult. The search and filtering tools in the Conversations inbox allow you to quickly locate the information you need and organize your daily workflow.

    Step 1: 1. Using Filters

Filters help you segment the inbox list. Look above the conversation list on the left side of the screen. Click the filter dropdown (it often defaults to 'Recent' or 'All'). Select a filter view, such as Unread (shows only threads with new messages), or Assigned to Me.

    Step 2: 2. Using Search

Search helps you find specific keywords or contacts. Locate the search bar above the conversation list. Type a contact's name, phone number, email address, or a specific keyword from a message. Press Enter to view the matching results.

    Configuration note

The 'Unread' filter is the most critical view for ensuring no customer inquiries are missed. Make it a habit to check this filter regularly. Search results may take a moment to populate if you have a very large history of conversations.

    Resolution guidance

    Cannot find a specific conversation

Ensure you don't have an active filter (like 'Unread') that is hiding the conversation. Switch the filter to 'All' and try searching again.
