GEVADE CRM plan structure
GEVADE CRM is structured across three plan tiers. Each tier supports a different stage of business operations, from core CRM setup through to advanced automation, AI-powered workflows, and larger operational requirements.
Starter
Starter is designed for businesses that need the core CRM foundation, including lead management, pipelines, calendars, messaging, and essential automation tools.
Growth
Growth is designed for businesses that need stronger automation, campaign management, follow-up systems, sales workflows, and more advanced business management capabilities.
Empire
Empire is designed for businesses that need the full platform experience, including advanced automation, AI-powered workflows, team scaling, and higher-level operational control.
Subscription billing and usage-based services
Your GEVADE CRM subscription provides access to the selected plan tier. Some services may be billed separately based on account configuration and actual usage. Usage-based services may include phone, SMS, email, AI, WhatsApp, and other premium communication or automation services.
Important billing distinction
Subscription fees and usage-based charges are separate. The base subscription relates to the selected GEVADE CRM plan, while usage-based charges are calculated from services consumed through the account. This means invoice totals may differ from the base plan amount.
