    Summary

GEVADE CRM operates on a strict non-refundable subscription model. Charges for the plan, optional add-ons, and wallet usage are final. We provide a free 14-day trial on the Starter plan to allow you to evaluate the platform before your subscription begins.

    Who this article is for

This article is for account owners and billing administrators.

    Overview

To maintain the high quality of our enterprise infrastructure and keep the platform affordable, GEVADE CRM enforces a strict no-refund policy. This applies to subscription fees, wallet recharges, and add-on activations. This guide outlines the policy details and how to avoid unwanted charges. Our business model relies on predictable infrastructure scaling; when you subscribe, we provision dedicated resources for your workspace. Because of these hard costs, we cannot issue refunds for 'buyer's remorse' or forgotten cancellations. The free 14-day trial on the Starter plan is your opportunity to thoroughly test the software.

    Before you begin

    • Review your billing dates in the Settings > Billing tab.
    • Understand that canceling mid-cycle does not trigger a prorated refund.
    • Ensure you cancel before your trial expires if you do not wish to be charged.

    Step 1: Subscription Charges

Once a monthly billing cycle begins and your card is charged for the plan, that charge is non-refundable. If you cancel your account mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that paid cycle, but no prorated refunds are issued for the unused days.

Step 2: Wallet and Usage Charges

Funds deposited into your telecommunications wallet via auto-recharge are used to pay hard carrier costs (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun). Because these are hard costs paid directly to third-party telecommunication providers, wallet balances are strictly non-refundable.

    Step 3: Add-On Charges

When you activate an optional add-on, you are charged a prorated amount immediately. This charge, and all subsequent monthly renewals for the add-on, are non-refundable. You must deactivate the add-on before your billing date to avoid the next charge.

    Step 4: Preventing Unwanted Charges

The best way to prevent unwanted charges is to utilize the free trial period fully, monitor your wallet auto-recharge settings, and cancel any unwanted add-ons or the main subscription before your billing renewal date. Set a calendar reminder if necessary.

    Configuration note

If you believe there has been a fraudulent charge or a technical billing error (e.g., being billed twice in one day for the same subscription), please submit a support ticket immediately for review.

    Important clarification

A frequent issue is forgetting to cancel a free trial before it expires. The system automatically converts trials to paid subscriptions, and this first charge is non-refundable per the Terms of Service.

    Resolution guidance

I canceled my account, but I was still charged

Check the exact date and time of your cancellation. If you canceled after the renewal time had passed, the charge had already processed. Ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
